Once you can meet the above requirements, please check our order and work process below.
Step 1 : Prepare details of your request (product list and specification) in order to help us to quote prices accurately and faster.
Step 2 : Prepare and send to us the product details (e.g. photos) to us. We will set up a team in a WhatsApp group to discuss and confirm everything about the order.
Step 3 : We will proceed with the product research and sourcing process.
Step 4 : We will issue the 1st invoice (after negotiation with the suppliers) for you to double-check before your first payment.
Step 5 : Once confirmed, we will require you to proceed with the payment.
Step 6 : We will proceed with the orders upon receiving your payments.
Step 7 : Purchased items/goods will be collected and verified from suppliers.
Step 8 : Collected items/goods will be stored in our local warehouse.
Step 9 : Our local team will inspect the goods and report for your approval via video call, photo, and video.
Step 10 : After you have accepted the Q&C results and approved the shipping charges, we will issue the 2nd invoice (also includes commission) for inland cost and shipping cost.
Step 11 : We will process customs clearance for your shipments upon receiving the 2nd payment. Next, we will arrange shipping.
Step 12 : We will handle and clear customs for you when the goods arrive at the port of discharge. The items will be delivered to you.

1. Products Payment
Our commission is charged based on this payment. 5% commission fee of the product value per shipment
2. Inland Charge
From product location to nearest loading seaport.
3. Shipping Charge
From loading port in country of origin to destination discharge seaport.
4. Customs clearance fee and import duty (Optional)
These are the charges you need to bear to get your cargo from destination seaport customs to Malaysian seaport customs.
